We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Scripted Development to join our team at The Ladders. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating, producing, and distributing high-quality scripted programming.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies for creating and producing scripted content that meets the needs of our audience.
- Collaborate with writers, directors, and producers to bring scripted projects from concept to completion.
- Work closely with our distribution team to ensure that our scripted content is delivered to the right platforms and audiences.
- Manage budgets and schedules for scripted projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for scripted content, including partnerships and collaborations.
- Proven experience in scripted development and production, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with writers, directors, producers, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a deep understanding of the scripted content market.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and schedules.
