Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Executive Producer to lead our content production efforts. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of high-level content strategies, managing client relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead senior-level client relationships, including Amex, Google, and CF, to develop and execute high-level content strategies
  • Collaborate with our sister agency, MSL, to provide strategic guidance and account leadership for P&G across various brands
  • Maintain strong relationships with lead clients through regular check-ins, campaign briefs, and brainstorms
  • Work closely with our senior account leads to identify and pursue organic production opportunities
  • Manage a team of 3-5 direct reports, providing training, feedback, and mentorship to ensure their growth and development
  • Develop and implement learning and development opportunities for the Notch Video team to enhance our creative and production capabilities
  • Seek out and nurture relationships with new and existing creators to improve and innovate our production capabilities
  • Collaborate with our Director of Growth Strategy to plan and execute industry events and opportunities to raise Notch Video's profile
  • Oversee the production of high-budget/profile projects, ensuring quality and delivery
  • Regularly check-in with our internal team of designers and producers to ensure quality of process and delivery

Requirements

  • Agency experience in production, advertising, PR, or creative roles
  • Extensive experience dealing directly and effectively with senior-level clients to build trust, sell through ideas, and resolve conflict
  • Deep understanding of social content and trends, with a demonstrated portfolio of work that is social by design
  • Ability to adapt to the ever-changing landscape of social media and content's role within that landscape
