Produce Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Educate team members on company standards and protocols
- Develop work schedules to align with operational demands
- Effectively resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Uphold Health, Safety, and Food Safety regulations
- Inspire and assign tasks to team members
- Execute marketing and promotional initiatives
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies
- Ensure product quality and appropriate signage
- Assume store responsibilities in the absence of the Franchisee
- Perform additional tasks as required
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience
- 1-3 years of leadership in the produce sector
- Background in meat, deli, and bakery is advantageous
- Familiarity with NOFRILLS principles and performance metrics
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Capability to manage with minimal supervision
- Understanding of produce operations and products
- Flexible availability for work hours
