Position Overview

The Culinary Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of food preparation and service. This role requires a strong focus on quality control and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work Scheduling: Develop and implement effective work schedules to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Training: Provide comprehensive training for new employees regarding their job responsibilities and safety procedures.
  • Recruitment: Participate in the hiring process for food service personnel.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food items and services meet established quality standards.
  • Customer Relations: Address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports on operations and performance.
  • Tray Assembly Supervision: Oversee the assembly of food trays to ensure accuracy and presentation.
  • Delivery Oversight: Supervise the delivery of food trolleys to ensure timely service.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
