Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Pan Am Clinic. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a key role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the development of our nursing team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing services to patients with complex and unpredictable health needs.
- Administer prescribed medical treatments and coordinate patient care and discharge.
- Lead a team of healthcare professionals and contribute to the development of nursing policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice.
- Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program.
- Current CRNM registration and active participation in professional associations.
- Post-graduate course in ICU nursing or equivalent experience.
- Annual BLS Level C Registration/Re-Registration.
- Scope of practice as documented in the Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA).
- Experience working in a critical care environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
