Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Pan Am Clinic. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will provide expert nursing care to patients with complex and unpredictable health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide independent nursing services, including administration of prescribed medical treatments.
  • Lead the healthcare team in providing high-quality patient care.
  • Coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program.
  • Current CRNM registration.
  • Post-graduate course in ICU nursing or equivalent experience.
  • Active participation in professional associations, such as the Association of Regulated Nurses of Manitoba (ARNM).
  • Annual BLS Level C Registration/Re-Registration.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Scope of practice as documented in the Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA).
  • Experience working in a critical care environment.
