About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at 0714576 B.C. Ltd. as a key member of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity, informing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the selection of merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Price and Credit Policies: Develop and implement price and credit policies to optimize sales and revenue.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the procurement and inventory management of merchandise, ensuring timely restocking and minimizing stockouts.
  • Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement, including promotions, events, and social media campaigns.
  • Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability.
  • Staffing and Scheduling: Determine staffing requirements and create schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize labor costs.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Efficiency: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless store operations and maximum productivity.

Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 35-40 hours per week.
