Job Summary
The Regional Director of In-Home Sales and Services will be responsible for leading the shop-at-home business unit, overseeing the growth and development of this business in markets without Blinds To Go showrooms. This role requires a strong leader who can manage and motivate outside sales teams, develop and implement effective systems and processes, and collaborate with senior managers to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth of the shop-at-home business in markets without Blinds To Go showrooms
- Work with merchandising and marketing teams to develop programs and tools that improve business performance
- Team Management
- Recruit, manage, and motivate outside sales teams to achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement effective systems and processes to support team performance
- Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate with senior managers to drive business results and achieve company objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including installation managers and business support groups
Requirements
To be successful in this role, the Regional Director of In-Home Sales and Services will need to have:
- Leadership Experience
- 10+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail or multi-location service business
- Business Acumen
- Strong understanding of business operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and customers
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions
