- Assist students with daily living skills, such as organization, time management, and self-advocacy.
- Support students in co-op situations, including job shadowing, work experience, and volunteer opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure a smooth and supportive learning environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Experience working with students with diverse needs and abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the role, including standing, walking, and lifting.
