At Ontario Inc., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.



The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of administrative procedures and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.



Key Responsibilities


  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures


Requirements


  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in administrative support
  • Permanent employment
  • Working language: English
  • Hours of work: 30 to 35 hours per week
