About the Role

The Account Executive (AE) is a seasoned sales professional responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. As a key member of our sales team, you will be accountable for owning and managing a portfolio of high-value accounts, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed assigned quota targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Account Management: Own and manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets, expand existing customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and other business development activities.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure alignment and coordination on sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, highlighting key trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in enterprise sales.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, including sales, marketing, and product development.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, and other sales tools and technologies.
  • Results-Oriented: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on results-driven sales strategies.
