Key Responsibilities- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, bank reconciliations, and regulatory filings for our captive insurance clients.
- Insurance Documentation Review: Review and update insurance documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Reporting and Analysis: Produce reports as required by the Company, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Client Communication: Respond promptly to client and inter-office requests, handling verbal and written communications with professionalism and courtesy.
- Relationship Management: Manage relationships with clients' service providers, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
- Board of Director Support: Prepare for, present in, and attend client Board of Director meetings, providing expert financial guidance.
- Operational Support: Provide support as needed to ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the Company and portfolio of client accounts.
- Accounting Designation: Possess a recognized accounting designation.
- Insurance Accounting Experience: Preferably have experience in insurance accounting.
- Self-Motivation and Teamwork: Demonstrate self-motivation and ability to work effectively as part of a team or on individually assigned tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Language Proficiency: Be fluent in Spanish and English.
