- Lead Talent Management Initiatives: Oversee the development and implementation of talent management programs, including onboarding, career development, and succession planning.
- Employee Engagement and Experience: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by leading employee engagement initiatives and ensuring that our employee value proposition is compelling and effective.
- Recruitment Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize our recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with best practices.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead a team of recruitment professionals and collaborate with senior leaders to provide strategic support and guidance on recruitment and talent management matters.
- Master's Degree in a Related Field: A master's degree in a related field, such as Organizational Development, Business, or Industrial Relations, is required.
- 10+ Years of Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment and talent management, with a proven track record of success in leading recruitment teams and developing strategic recruitment plans.
- Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders, employees, and external partners.
- Business Acumen and Analytical Skills: Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with Talent Management Systems: Experience with talent management systems, including applicant tracking software and other recruitment technologies.
