Requirements
  • Master's Degree in a Related Field: A master's degree in a related field, such as Organizational Development, Business, or Industrial Relations, is required.
  • 10+ Years of Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment and talent management, with a proven track record of success in leading recruitment teams and developing strategic recruitment plans.
  • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders, employees, and external partners.
  • Business Acumen and Analytical Skills: Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with Talent Management Systems: Experience with talent management systems, including applicant tracking software and other recruitment technologies.
