Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at NEXT GEN COM TECH INC. as an HR Generalist - Employee Experience Specialist. This role will be responsible for providing strategic support to our organization's human resources functions, including talent management, employee engagement, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Management: Develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Employee Engagement: Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Benefits Administration: Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales to ensure fair compensation and benefits for all employees.
  • Performance Management: Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs to support employee growth and development.
  • Research and Analysis: Research employee benefits and health and safety practices to recommend changes and improvements.
  • Collective Bargaining: Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers to ensure fair and equitable working conditions.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
