Position Overview

The Human Resources Coordinator at TAPPTIC INC. plays a vital role in the development and execution of HR strategies that align with the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development: Formulate, implement, and assess human resources policies and programs.
  • Training Management: Design and oversee training and development initiatives.
  • Data Analysis: Supervise the evaluation of employee data and information.
  • Reporting: Manage the preparation and dissemination of HR reports.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and oversee the HR team.
  • Negotiation: Facilitate collective bargaining agreements on behalf of the organization.
  • Payroll Oversight: Ensure accurate payroll administration.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct and manage performance review processes.
  • Project Coordination: Assign, coordinate, and evaluate various HR projects and programs.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in human resources.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
