  • Office Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.

  • Project Coordination
    • Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
    • Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Financial Management
    • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
    • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a construction company.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Experience with QuickBooks and SharePoint is an asset.
