Job Title: Restaurant General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team at 13126927 CANADA INC. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, including chefs, servers, and hosts/hostesses.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Monitor and maintain health and safety standards, including food safety and hygiene.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and receiving.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
