We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Frisoni Mechanical Inc. as a key member of our administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities- Policy and Procedure Development
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
Office ManagementEstablish and maintain office routines, schedules, and procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Communication and Customer ServiceProvide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and relay messages in a timely and professional manner.
Administrative SupportCompile data, statistics, and other information to support business operations.
Supply Chain ManagementOrder office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.
Information ManagementSet up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
Team SupportProvide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Personal QualitiesAbility to multitask, flexibility, organized, client focus, reliability, and strong time management skills.
Working Conditions- Work Term
Permanent position.
Work LanguageEnglish.
Hours32.5 hours per week.
