About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Frisoni Mechanical Inc. as a key member of our administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy and Procedure Development

Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.

Office Management

Establish and maintain office routines, schedules, and procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Communication and Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service, respond to inquiries, and relay messages in a timely and professional manner.

Administrative Support

Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business operations.

Supply Chain Management

Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.

Information Management

Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

Team Support

Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

Personal Qualities

Ability to multitask, flexibility, organized, client focus, reliability, and strong time management skills.

Working Conditions
  • Work Term

Permanent position.

Work Language

English.

Hours

32.5 hours per week.
