We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at 13301893 Canada INC. As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Tasks
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
- Provide general information to clients and the public
- Communication and Customer Service
- Respond to telephone and electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external clients
- Office Maintenance
- Order and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and data entry
- Label and file documents according to retention and disposal schedules
- Experience and Qualifications
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
