About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at REXDALE FINANCIAL SERVICES COR. As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to maintain a productive work environment.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by answering telephone calls, relaying messages, and responding to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions and maintain accurate records.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.
  • Correspondence and Reporting: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion and effective results.
Work Environment

As an Office Support Specialist at REXDALE FINANCIAL SERVICES COR, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency while providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
