Job Title: Office Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at D&K Career Consulting Inc. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Office Operations: Maintain accurate records, manage office supplies, and ensure the office is well-organized and tidy.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Task Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Team Support: Provide support to our team members, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and preparing meeting materials.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
