Position Summary:

As a Healthcare Recruitment Coordinator, you will be instrumental in our agency, overseeing the complete recruitment process, credentialing, compliance, and internal sales for per diem roles in nursing (RN, LPN, HCA) and allied health positions (Dental, Lab, X-Ray). This position demands a proactive and organized individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, possesses strong relationship-building capabilities, and is motivated by achieving results.

Core Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Placement:

  • Identify, attract, and recruit qualified candidates for per diem roles, including RNs, LPNs, HCAs, and allied health professionals.
  • Conduct screening interviews, verify employment history, and align candidates with appropriate job opportunities.
  • Oversee the recruitment process from initial outreach to placement, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.
  • Create and manage online advertisements and social media content to draw in candidates.

Credentialing & Compliance:

  • Verify and maintain current credentials for all healthcare professionals, ensuring adherence to company and client standards.
  • Perform monthly license verifications and promptly address any discrepancies.
  • Organize and manage all documentation, including licenses and certifications, within the agency's database.

Staffing & Dispatch:

  • Respond to client requirements in real-time by dispatching qualified and credentialed clinicians using the Teambridge system.
  • Monitor and ensure accurate time reporting, addressing any discrepancies as they arise.
  • Follow up on clinician performance and client satisfaction, escalating issues to management as necessary.

Client & Candidate Relations:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities, understanding their staffing needs and providing customized solutions.
  • Serve as the primary contact for both clients and candidates, offering ongoing support throughout the placement process.
  • Develop long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Sales & Market Strategy:

  • Proactively market available candidates to clients and share potential leads with the Business Development team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and collaborate with the team to create effective recruitment and sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the agency's growth.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration) is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years in recruitment, customer service, and/or internal sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
