Key Responsibilities- Maximize sales volume and profitability by developing and executing sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including architects, developers, contractors, and end-users.
- Qualify and develop sales leads into initial appointments with decision-makers and influencers.
- Utilize professional sales presentations, equipment demonstrations, and sales tools to effectively communicate the value of our products to customers.
- A four-year college degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.
- Three or more years of related sales experience, with a strong background in material handling or loading dock equipment sales.
- Strong mechanical and electronic comprehension, with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and regulations.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts and solve practical problems in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 CAD, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, and a retirement savings plan with company match and profit sharing.
