Job Title: Building Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Maintenance Manager to join our team at Bear Country Property Management (2018) Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Repair: Direct and control construction projects, evaluate construction projects, and oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of real estate infrastructures.
  • Supervision: Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff, supervise activities of other technical sales specialists, and organize and maintain inventory.
  • Administrative Services: Plan, organize, and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal.
  • Customer Service: Identify customers' needs, recommend products or services, and provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit clients' needs.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Word, monitoring and tracking software, and reservation software.
  • Security and Safety: Valid driver's license and ability to distinguish between colors.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
