Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of facilities, including equipment, buildings, and grounds.
- Adhere to safety standards and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with team members to address operational needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure clear understanding of tasks and responsibilities.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with the public and colleagues.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and working at heights, as required.
- Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the 4–10-hour shift pattern.
- Enjoy a healthy work-life balance with three days off every week, including long weekends.
- Take advantage of recreational activities such as skiing, snowboarding, biking, golfing, and more during downtime.
- Commit to full-time, year-round permanent employment.
- Authorization to work within Canada.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- High level of experience with technology.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in maintenance or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- WHMIS certification preferred.
- Recent Emergency Response Training and current First Aid (OFA-LV1) Training considered an asset.
