We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Maintenance Manager to join our team at Bear Country Property Management (2018) Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of our facilities, including machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
- Construction Projects: Direct and control construction projects, including evaluating and modifying commercial, transportation, or recreational facilities and real estate.
- Customer Service: Identify customers' needs and provide recommendations for products or services.
- Reporting and Statistics: Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility.
- Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure effective operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Previous experience in facilities management or a related field is an asset.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.
