We are seeking a Channel Partner Manager to enhance our operations in North America. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering revenue growth through strategic partner engagements. This position calls for a driven professional committed to achieving success.

The Channel Partner Manager will be tasked with recruiting and overseeing Referral, Reseller, and ISV partners within a specified region. This role involves forging new alliances and ensuring that current partners are well-equipped and proficient in promoting and implementing Prophix Software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a comprehensive sales territory strategy
  • Develop tailored partner plans that align with the overarching channel objectives
  • Establish and nurture relationships within partner organizations
  • Meet and exceed territory channel pipeline and sales goals
  • Provide ongoing support to partners throughout the sales process
  • Effectively communicate Prophix's value proposition to partners
  • Work collaboratively with the Field Marketing team on partner-driven initiatives
  • Represent Prophix at industry conferences and events
  • Coordinate with various internal departments across the company
  • Project sales outcomes and take responsibility for performance metrics
  • Ensure adherence to Prophix's operational processes by partners
  • Maintain precise documentation and records
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in cultivating partner or client relationships
  • Background in project management or achieving sales targets
  • Ambitious and competitive mindset
  • Ability to navigate and influence complex organizational structures
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Legally authorized to work in the designated country
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Marketing
