Front Desk Coordinator for Veterinary Services

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Albatross Veterinary Services. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets.
Key Responsibilities- Client Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Scheduling: Manage appointment schedules, including booking, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, including medical history, treatment plans, and billing information.
- Financial Transactions: Process payments, handle cash, and manage credit card transactions.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our veterinary team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience in a customer-facing role is an asset.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
