You will be working in a fast-paced veterinary clinic, where your ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail will be essential.
Key Responsibilities- Provide essential information to clients and the public
- Gather and process information necessary for delivering excellent customer service
- Record and communicate information effectively
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients
- Maintain accurate work records and logs
- Handle payments and issue receipts
- Perform clerical duties, including filing, sorting, and distributing mail
- Answer phone calls and relay messages
- Calculate billing charges accurately
- Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks
Having your own transportation is necessary for this position.
