About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Integrity Team Lead to join our Western Terminals team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for implementing asset integrity programs, maintenance, and capital projects in accordance with safe work practices, environmental compliance, and within budget requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute the Western Terminals Capital budget, maintaining and updating the 10-year capital plan.
  • Provide technical support to the Western Terminals Operations team related to planned and unplanned maintenance, as well as long-term maintenance strategy and procedure development.
  • Support the development and execution of the Western Terminals asset integrity programs, strategies, and management systems.
  • Create a project execution plan for upcoming major Terminal projects as per the 10-year capital plan.
  • Support supply chain strategies to determine procurement synergies in terminals across Canada.

Requirements:

  • 10 – 15 years of relevant experience in Oil and Gas Refining and/or Terminal engineering, design, asset integrity, and maintenance practices.
  • Registered professional engineer within BC and/or Alberta.
  • Oil and Gas experience in capital planning, execution, and project management.
  • Oil and Gas experience in maintenance, reliability planning, and field execution.
  • Asset Strategy development and program implementation.
  • Experienced leader with strong technical communications skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Clear technical communications to broad stakeholder groups.
  • Experience leading people and influencing culture.
  • French/English Bilingualism is an asset.
