We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our Asset Integrity Data Analysis team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of our team of analysts, team leads, managers, and support staff.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Develop the Team: You will be at the forefront of advancing a high-performance, results-driven culture within the data operations team. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding the team through significant growth - both in terms of customer project deliveries and headcount.
- Develop and Implement Fit-for-Purpose Processes: You will be responsible for implementing and optimizing end-to-end processes that ensure seamless delivery of our well-inspection data-analysis reports. From initial sale, through field data collection, to final analysis and delivery, this team is the nexus of information.
- Obsess Over Operational Excellence: You will be accountable for conceptualizing, planning, and executing operational excellence initiatives across the team to ensure timeliness, accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Improve Quality Control and Assurance: You will be responsible for maintaining and elevating our high bar for service quality.
- Anything and Everything: You will be expected to tackle a variety of projects that help drive the top and bottom lines.
- Engineering, Business, or Technical Degree: You must have a degree in a relevant field.
- Experience leading and scaling teams: You must have experience leading and scaling teams of significant size.
We offer a competitive salary range of $125,000 to $175,000 per year, with a higher salary possible for individuals that meet or exceed the stated preferred qualifications. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
