Role Overview:
The selected candidate will serve as the primary liaison for internal teams on strategic initiatives that involve organizational changes. This role emphasizes the human element of transformation, utilizing established change management methodologies while also identifying various forms of change, including business and technological shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Act as a specialist in change management, providing guidance to decision-making bodies and project teams.
2. Collaborate with management and engage stakeholders throughout the change process, employing structured analysis techniques and implementing effective action plans that prioritize human considerations to meet project goals.
3. Conduct comprehensive analyses related to stakeholders, addressing their concerns, impacts, issues, risks, and adaptability to change.
4. Define, implement, and monitor performance metrics for change management throughout project lifecycles.
5. Coordinate all activities related to change management and facilitate various project workshops.
6. Partner with project managers to ensure alignment between change management initiatives and project deliverables.
7. Serve as a change management expert on project committees, including monitoring and steering committees.

Strategic Development:
Develop and execute a change management strategy tailored to the organization's needs, fostering understanding and engagement with the change process among all stakeholders, while promoting continuous improvement.

Ongoing Support:
In collaboration with various departments, provide continuous support and evaluation for the implementation and reinforcement of change initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Recognized training and/or certification in change management (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP, CMS) is advantageous.
- Over 8 years of relevant experience in change management for significant projects.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
- Previous experience in transformational projects with substantial change management components.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
