Job Summary

Kruger Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Advisor, IT Change Management, to join our Technology Communications and IT Strategic Roadmap program team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Change Management Frameworks: Design and implement a strategic change management framework, methodology, and tools for the IT services organization.
  • Lead and Mentor a Team: Lead and mentor a team of change management specialists and consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation.
  • Establish and Maintain a Change Management Community: Establish and maintain a change management community providing guidance, best practices, and resources for change management specialists and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Design and Deliver Training and Coaching: Design and deliver change management training and coaching for project managers and other IT professionals, enhancing their change management competencies and capabilities.
  • Manage and Execute Change Management Activities: Manage and execute change management activities and plan recommendations for multiple, concurrent IT projects and programs, ensuring alignment with the project objectives, scope, and schedule.
  • Conduct Stakeholder Analysis and Change Impact Assessments: Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, change readiness assessments, and change measurement for IT projects and programs when needed.
  • Develop and Implement Communication and Engagement Strategies: Develop and implement communication, engagement, adoption strategies, and tactics for IT projects and programs, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and commitment.
  • Identify and Manage Change Management Risks and Issues: Identify and manage change management risks and issues, escalating and resolving them as appropriate.
  • Work with HR to Create Mechanisms for Desired Behaviors: Work with HR to create mechanisms to encourage new desired behaviors. This process may involve redesigning jobs and defining new behavioral competencies and performance metrics.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Change Management Effectiveness: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and outcomes of change management interventions, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Report on Change Management Status and Progress: Report on the status and progress of change management projects and programs, highlighting achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.
Qualifications
  • Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, management, psychology, communication, or related field.
  • Certification in Change Management: Certification in change management, project management, or related field is an asset.
Experience
  • At Least 7 Years of Experience: At least 7 years of experience in leading change management projects and programs, preferably in an IT services organization.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of delivering successful change management outcomes for complex and large-scale IT projects and programs.
  • Strong Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge and skills in change management frameworks, methodologies, and tools, such as ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci, etc.

  • Financial Knowledge: Financial knowledge to ensure that organizational change efforts are aligned with the Company's financial perspective.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and OCM Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and other change management tools and platforms.
Language

Fluently bilingual in English and French – both written and spoken.
