Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior leaders in their capacity as advocates for change through strategic insights.
  • Assess organizational and human risks linked to intricate solution rollouts and devise mitigation strategies in collaboration with essential stakeholders.
  • Formulate adaptive change management strategies and plans focusing on five key areas: communication, mobilization, training, and evaluation to foster leadership accountability.
  • Oversee the execution of initiatives and deliverables in alignment with established timelines and project governance, providing regular updates on progress.
  • Contribute to the evolution of methodologies by incorporating industry best practices and lessons learned.
  • Identify critical success factors and provide informed recommendations for change management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of five to eight years of pertinent experience in change management.
  • Proven experience in managing complex digital transformations within a global context.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in both French and English.
  • Ability to influence and engage with senior leadership effectively.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation capabilities.
  • Experience serving as a coach and change agent, both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in distilling and clarifying complex information.
  • Ability to thrive in uncertain environments, challenge existing norms, and tailor approaches to meet client needs.
  • Demonstrated leadership in execution, along with strong listening skills and adaptability.
  • PROSCI Change Management Certification is preferred.
