Job Summary

The Strategic Change Management Specialist will report to the Project Management Office and support the project management team. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure project success.
  • Knowledge Development: Stay up-to-date on change management, risk, and impact knowledge and effectively communicate this knowledge to stakeholders.
  • Project Integration: Collaborate with project teams to ensure best practices in change management are integrated into project planning and executed effectively.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Inform senior managers of individual and institutional behavioral changes required to achieve project objectives.
  • HR Management: Act as a supervisor within the Project Management Office and collaborate with HR and Learning and Development teams on HR-related issues.
  • Training: Participate in the development of training and materials for end-users.
  • Communication: Write project communications for various audiences within the organization.
  • Project Management: Develop compelling project proposals in collaboration with commercial stakeholders, launch socialization ideas, and encourage stakeholders to adopt recommended solutions.
  • Problem Management: Anticipate or overcome potential problems.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of professional experience and at least four years of experience in providing human resources consulting or change management services.
  • Experience in consulting and providing advice within large corporations will be carefully evaluated.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in business with a concentration in human resources or psychology is preferred.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
