Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement change management strategies to ensure project effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with project teams to embed optimal change management practices into project development and execution.
  • Serve as a pivotal leader within the project management office, working alongside HR and training departments on personnel matters.
  • Contribute to the creation of training materials and resources for end-users.
  • Draft project communications tailored for various stakeholders within the organization.
  • Proactively identify and address potential challenges.

Qualifications:
