  • Offering holistic advice and support to managers navigating periods of change.
  • Crafting effective strategies to foster engagement and mobilize teams around new projects and implementations.
  • Contributing to the development and refinement of best practices for change management within DELAN.

We are looking for an individual with:

  • 2+ years of proven experience in Change Management.
  • A strong background in IT projects, including experience with ERP implementations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • A Bachelor's degree in management, human resources, information technology, or a related field.
  • Fluency in both French and English.
