Sales Manager

The Territory Sales Manager will be serving the Manitoba market and is to be located in Winnipeg. The Titan Electrical Group is a leading provider of innovative lighting solutions and electrical products. We are known for our commitment to customer satisfaction, teamwork, and results-driven values.
The Territory Manager is responsible for managing sales and building customer relationships within a designated geographic area. This role involves developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Territory Manager will also work closely with the sales team to implement company strategies and achieve company goals.
Sales Management:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the territory.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Conduct market research to understand market trends and customer needs.
- Analyze competitors and market conditions within the territory.
- Provide feedback to the company on market trends and customer preferences.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Use CRM software to manage customer information and sales data.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Driven with strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
