Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

At J S Trucking Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our users, resolving issues with computer systems, and providing training and guidance to ensure optimal system performance.

Responsibilities:

* Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
* Conduct research and analysis to identify and implement solutions to complex technical problems
* Collaborate with other technical support teams to ensure seamless support and resolution of issues
* Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base to support user queries

Requirements:

* College/CEGEP education in a related field
* 2 years of experience in a technical support role
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
