As a key member of the proposal team, the Proposal Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Senior Proposal Coordinator and collaborating closely with the Proposal Manager. This position is integral to the entire proposal process, from the initial assessment of opportunities to the final submission and subsequent follow-up.
Timely and efficient execution of these tasks is essential for producing high-quality proposals that effectively showcase the strengths of Chandos' project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor public bid boards on a daily basis.
- Input opportunities into the CRM database.
- Facilitate the go-no-go decision-making process.
- Maintain and update proposal boilerplate content regularly.
- Oversee the management of the content repository.
- Complete necessary proposal documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as liberal arts, business, journalism, or engineering.
- Strong skills in task management, prioritization, and time management.
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to understand and articulate abstract concepts.
- Positive demeanor and a robust work ethic.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
