Proposal Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Proposal Specialist to join our team at GHD. As a Proposal Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of pursuit plans and strategy for our Western Canada Region.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the completion of persuasive proposals, marketing collateral, and presentations.
- Understand technical terminology, project management structure, and discipline functions by Sectors.
- Lead multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate groups of content providers, and deal with changing priorities.
- Review RFPs and participate/lead strategic win plan discussions with Project Managers and Technical Leaders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Minimum three years of experience coordinating and writing technical proposals for an engineering, construction, or professional services organization.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge in Photoshop, InDesign.
- Understanding of marketing techniques (layout, graphics, strategy-to-win).
- Strong interpersonal skills both written and oral.
- Negotiation, problem-solving, planning, and time management skills.
- Flexible and able to meet challenging deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills required with ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Even-tempered in fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Consistent personal ethics: integrity, dependability, initiative, and quality.
We offer a competitive salary range of $73,040.00-$109,560.00 CAD, depending on background and experience. We also offer a dynamic and inclusive work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
