About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Specialist to join our team at GHD. As a key member of our pursuit and proposal activities, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing pursuit plans and strategies for our Western Canada Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the completion of persuasive proposals, marketing collateral, and presentations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of technical terminology, project management structure, and discipline functions by Sectors.
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate groups of content providers, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Review RFPs and participate/lead strategic win plan discussions with Project Managers and Technical Leaders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Minimum three years of experience coordinating and writing technical proposals for an engineering, construction, or professional services organization.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge in Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Understanding of marketing techniques, including layout, graphics, and strategy-to-win.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
  • Negotiation, problem-solving, planning, and time management skills.
  • Flexible and able to meet challenging deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Even-tempered in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Consistent personal ethics, including integrity, dependability, initiative, and quality.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $73,040.00-$109,560.00 CAD, depending on background and experience.
