We're seeking a skilled Proposal Specialist to join our team in Western Canada. As a key member of our pursuit and proposal activities, you'll play a crucial role in developing and implementing pursuit plans and strategies.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-performing team, driving business growth and delivering innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the completion of persuasive proposals, marketing collateral, and presentations.
  • Understanding technical terminology, project management structure, and discipline functions by sector.
  • Leading multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating groups of content providers, and managing changing priorities.
  • Reviewing RFPs and participating in strategic win plan discussions with project managers and technical leaders.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Minimum three years of experience coordinating and writing technical proposals for an engineering, construction, or professional services organization.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Understanding of marketing techniques, including layout, graphics, and strategy-to-win.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
  • Negotiation, problem-solving, planning, and time management skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to meet challenging deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Even-tempered in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Consistent personal ethics, including integrity, dependability, initiative, and quality.
