About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to join our Bell Corporate Stores Team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading an assigned number of Corporate Stores, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and lead an assigned number of Corporate Stores, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Coach and train Store Managers to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage operational duties, including recruitment, new store openings, and in-store communications.
  • Ensure all stores are well-maintained and display up-to-date offers and in-store elements, in accordance with Corporate Store visual merchandising standards.
  • Work closely with all corporate store channels as the Home Office ambassador for Bell Mobility Channels.
  • Improve customer satisfaction and retail profitability by delivering aggressive performance targets and successful financial results.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' management experience in the retail sector in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
  • Proven coaching and training skills to drive sales performance.
  • Ability to work shifts during the day, evenings, and weekends, depending on business needs.
  • Flexible to travel frequently within the region.
  • Comfortable with technology (computers, mobile devices, and digital merchandising).
  • University degree/college diploma (specialization in administration/management): an asset.
