Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to join our Retail Sales team at Bell Canada. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of Store Managers and achieving sales targets for all lines of business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and lead a team of Store Managers to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of retail strategies
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, provide coaching and feedback, and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Store Managers, District Managers, and other senior leaders
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform strategic decisions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to drive business results

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in retail sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • University degree or college diploma in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, retail management)
