Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of our food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff members on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high quality standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, supplies, and sales, and make recommendations for inventory control and cost reduction.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance, and maintain accurate records of employee hours, attendance, and training.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or restaurant environment.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with frequent standing and walking.
  • Work Setting: On-site customer service in a restaurant environment.
Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Standing for Extended Periods: Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
