Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities

Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Train and Develop Staff

Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

Quality Control

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary to maintain high levels of quality.

Customer Service

Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and take steps to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Administrative Tasks

Prepare and submit reports, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage, and perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Work Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment is required.

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with frequent standing and walking required.

Personal Suitability

Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude are essential for success in this role.
