Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are motivated and productive.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, ensuring that all menu items are prepared to our high standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties to the best of their ability.
- Cash Handling and Inventory Management: Manage cash handling and inventory procedures, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and that inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Marketing and Promotions: Assist with the development and implementation of marketing and promotional plans, ensuring that our restaurant is visible and attractive to customers.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our team members and customers.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of staff. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
