Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation

Oversee the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to our high standards.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide comprehensive training to our staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and quality control standards.

Quality Control and Assurance

Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Inventory Management

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare food order summaries for our chef.

Leadership and Supervision

Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, and establish work schedules to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role

Work Environment

Work under pressure, standing for extended periods, and in a physically demanding environment

Language

English

Work Hours

40 hours per week
