Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at CANUS ADVISORS LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and coordinating travel arrangements.
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Office Management
    • Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Manage the office budget, including tracking expenses and making recommendations for cost savings.
  • Human Resources
    • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes for new staff members.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
    • Prepare and disseminate internal and external communications, including reports, newsletters, and other materials.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
